Our Liabilities and Limitations:
- Please keep these things in mind after you have finalised your tour or made a booking; if the government of India increases the cost or fees of permits, fuel, safaris, guide charges, taxes, entry charges, etc., then the same amount will be applicable to you as an extra charge.
- We can only confirm your reservation for a hotel stay, campsite, or safari in a national park once we have received your advance payment.
- Once the hotel is confirmed, no changes can be made.
- The A/C won’t work in Hills.
- If you book your jungle safari in any national park in India, then you must carry your original government ID cards, which you gave at the time of booking; without that, entry can’t be permitted.
- The hotel's policies will be adhered to for check-in and check-out timings.
- We are a private tour organiser that arranges hotel stays, resorts, and camps for our guests, as well as any activities or safaris in and around India.
- For Short Stay or unused utilised amenities are not refundable.
- The forest department reserves the right to cancel any day visit or night stay reservations made during the rainy season (1 June–14 November) based on weather conditions for the visitor's safety. In that circumstance, no refund is applicable.
- The government mandates guides for safaris in Corbett National Park, and visitors are required to pay the guides' fees directly to the guide. It is not included in the package.
- We do not offer any insurance regarding health or recovering any losses damaged by any cause. The tourist must obtain their health insurance from their own country, as we are not liable in the event of any loss, accident, or damage by natural cause or any other reason.
- We will not be held liable for any damages brought on by natural disasters or other unavoidable events, such as landslides, property damage, machine damage, blocked roads, accidents, etc.
- The provided itinerary is a formal representation of your trip and how it will go, but changes may be made to the package at any point throughout the trip based on things like the weather, traffic, road conditions, any natural disasters, health, etc. We have the right to alter the plan while keeping in mind the visitor's safety, restrictions, and precautions.
- Any delay, whether caused directly or indirectly by the guest, such as a flight or in transportation, or failing to arrive at the designated location on time due to any cause, such as a natural disaster, illness, blocked roads, cancellation, vehicle damage, etc., won't affect any changes to the plan.
Cancellation Policy Jungle Safari:
Once you book a safari inside the national park (Jeep Safari, Canter Safari etc.), the advance amount is nonrefundable or can’t be claimed.
Confirmation Policy for Hotels and Resorts:
- You can make a reservation online or at the reception areas (depending on availability).
- The check-in time is 1 PM, and the check-out time is 10 AM (depending on resorts).
- All government taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the stay. In the case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.

The booking confirmation advance amount must be received at least 15 days prior to the check-in; if the booking is made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance amount must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation, or else the reservation will be automatically released.
For booking confirmation, 50% of the advance amount should be deposited during the above-mentioned period through any of the following methods: credit card authorization, wire transfer, or travel company voucher.
The confirmation voucher is subject to the advance deposit being realized.
Extra Person Policy:
- Children below 5 years are complimentary with their parents.
- Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 25% of the total package cost.
- Extra adults in the same room will be charged 35% of the total package.
In cases of peak season, weekends, or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'mas, and New Year), hotel bookings have a separate cancellation policy. It depends on hotels.
The charges mentioned for hotels and safaris on our website might be different on extended weekends and public holidays.
